The interior design project for the MAX DIGI Digital Marketing Department was developed as a spatial interpretation of the digital industry — dynamic, creative, communicative, and constantly evolving. Rather than creating a conventional office environment, the project introduces a space with a strong identity that encourages interaction, creativity, and diverse ways of working.
The interior is built upon a neutral, almost raw material palette across the wall and floor surfaces, providing a calm backdrop for bold interventions of colour. Lime green, pink, and orange are introduced through furniture, metal structures, graphic elements, and architectural accents, creating a distinctive visual language throughout the space.
One of the project’s dominant features is the rhythmic ceiling structure in an intense shade of green. Its longitudinal geometry emphasizes the depth of the space, directs movement, and visually connects different functional zones into a cohesive whole. At the same time, by lowering the perceived scale of the ceiling, it contributes to a more intimate character within the open-plan working environment.
The workspace is organized according to an open-plan office concept, while the conventional uniformity associated with this typology is disrupted by creating smaller working clusters. Lightweight pink metal mesh partitions provide a sense of individual space without compromising visual communication between team members. Their transparency allows the office to remain open and connected while introducing rhythm and clearly defining individual working zones.
In addition to conventional workstations, the design incorporates areas for informal work and communication. A high communal table, bar stools, lounge chairs, and smaller seating elements allow working scenarios to shift throughout the day — from focused individual work and brief consultations to brainstorming sessions and spontaneous team meetings. In this way, the office becomes a space for exchanging ideas rather than merely a sequence of individual workstations.
Particular attention was given to the meeting room, which is physically separated by a transparent glass wall while remaining visually connected to the main workspace. A large oval table, sculptural lighting, and a combination of green and pink chairs create a calmer and more representative atmosphere without departing from the project’s overall design language.
Graphic elements and the inscriptions directly reference the agency’s areas of expertise, transforming the wall surfaces into part of the space’s communication identity. Combined with the MAX DIGI logo, these elements ensure that branding is not simply applied to the walls but becomes an integral part of the interior architecture.
The contrast between the neutral architectural base and the intense use of colour represents one of the project’s defining characteristics. Light textured surfaces, grey flooring, and neutral worktops allow the vivid green, pink, and orange elements to act as strong visual accents without overwhelming the space.
The project creates a working environment that moves away from the traditional image of an office and translates the culture of digital marketing into space. Functionality, flexibility, graphic expression, and a strong visual identity are brought together in an interior that supports everyday work while simultaneously reflecting the values, energy, and character of the MAX DIGI team.
