Set in a natural environment near Kakanj, KK HOUSE balances spatial therapy and everyday living. Its structure doesn’t impose a view; it invites it to open. Every corner is designed to maintain a connection to the surroundings and create a sense of calm.

The façade combines matte concrete and natural wood, rooting the house in the landscape, while large glass surfaces bring nature into the interior. The interior radiates warmth and minimalism: open spaces, clean lines, and measured details—every surface and material chosen with clear intent.

The day zone flows out to the terrace and greenery, creating a fluid relationship between inside and out. Private areas offer refuge, peace, and introspection, while common spaces allow movement, encounters, and time together. Lighting is gentle, accentuating textures and creating an atmosphere that’s subtle and considered rather than excessive.
