A sophisticated residential project in Sarajevo, redesigned in 2020. Studio ZIDOVI fuses architecture and interior into a single whole—refined materials, clear lines, and attention to every detail.

The guiding idea: a home is not just a set of rooms but a framework for everyday life and emotional connection. HK23 cultivates an atmosphere that is elegant, calm, and thoughtful—a place where space “breathes” and where light and material shape the experience.
Clean geometry combined with the warmth of natural stone or brick (depending on interpretation) gives the exterior the character of an urban residence with warmth.
Inside, the day zones are open and visually connected yet carefully zoned—living, dining, and kitchen flow with flexibility and continuity.
Natural materials—wood and stone—with matte finishes and discreet metal accents achieve a balanced, sophisticated mood rather than cold minimalism.
Large openings bring abundant daylight to emphasize textures; evening ambience is enriched by subtle lighting that creates intimacy. Furniture and architectural elements are selected with measure; every form and material has both function and aesthetic value.

HK23 transcends function: home becomes a space where users feel calm, connected to context, and embraced by subtle elegance. “Silence” and “simplicity” here are not absence, but an intentional choice—leaving space open to life, reflection, and encounter.
